Payment Policy
Please note that in order to secure your dog’s space in our facility, your invoice must be settled in advance within one week of issuing the invoice.  Your dog’s space is not confirmed until full payment has been received.  If payment has not been received your booking will be cancelled.

Payment can be made via cash, cheque, atm transfer or direct bank transfer. Please forward us a copy of the payment slip for our verification. 

Refund Policy
During peak periods, no refunds are possible.
During non-peak periods, if the cancellation is made within one month of the scheduled booking, no refund is possible but if it is made more than one month before the scheduled booking, we will hold your payment for a future booking (no refund is possible).

Please note, peak periods fill up very quickly. We will now be accepting bookings on a first confirmed, first served basis.
